4.2 Troubleshooting
If you have problems while using the LGD Customer Frontend, please check if
The device' power supply is plugged-in and properly working
The serial connection is set and data transmission is working
The correct serial port is set on startup
If the LGD Compact measurements do not correspond to the expected values, please check that the
sensor is used within the specified operation and calibration range.
After verifying the factors above, follow the troubleshooting procedures outlined here below:
Problem
No signal / No value output
No reaction when target gas is
flowed in
Every 10 or 11 acquisition points
the time between points is longer
The T90 is longer than expected

Possible cause
No power supply or wrong polarity
Condensation in system
When the target gas concentration is
below a certain limit, the device has an
internal check which lasts longer
(around 2s)
The flow is lower as 0.1 l/min
Solution
Check wiring
Flow with dry and dust-free air in the
gas inlet for at least 15 min
Flow with higher amount of target gas
Increase the flow rate
