TRANSPORTING LUGGAGE

There are only theoretically various ways of carrying luggage on your SCOTT
road bike. Using a bicycle rucksack (a) is a convenient way of transporting lug-
gage on a bike and therefore recommendable.
Your choice will primarily depend on the weight and volume of the luggage and
on the bicycle you want to use. Contact your SCOTT dealer.
WARNING
For SCOTT road and triathlon bikes as well as time trial machines and cyc-
lo-cross bikes pannier racks (b) are not permitted. Note that SCOTT will not
assume liability for the use of pannier racks. Such a use would render the
warranty null and void.

TAKING CHILDREN WITH YOU

For SCOTT road and triathlon bikes as well as time trial machines and cyc-
lo-cross bikes (kids) trailers (c), child carriers (d) and kids' tandem bike systems
are not permitted. Note that SCOTT will not assume liability for the use of trail-
ers, child carriers and kids' tandem bike systems. Such a use would render the
warranty null and void.
Contact your SCOTT dealer.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before towing a trailer with your SCOTT gravel or cyclocross bike read chap-
ter "Notes on the transport of loads and on carrying children and/or pets
with your SCOTT bike".
Before mounting a child carrier or pannier rack, check whether your SCOTT
bike is permitted for child carriers ot pannier racks. You will find the respec-
tive information in the chapter "Intended use of your SCOTT bike" or in the
SCOTT handover report in the Quick Start Manual. Contact your SCOTT
dealer.
