Outdoor Air Temperature Reset
If the DAT reset method is set for OAT, the unit
controller continuously monitors the current OAT.
Changes in the current OAT result in a reset of the
active DAT setpoint based on four other setpoints.
• DAT Low Setpoint: This is the minimum val-
ue the user wants for the DAT
• DAT High Setpoint: This is the maximum
value the user wants for the DAT
• OAT Setpoint for Low DAT: When the OAT
is equal to/greater than this temperature, the
unit controller regulates to the DAT low set-
point
• OAT Setpoint for High DAT: When the OAT
is equal to/less than this temperature, the unit
controller regulates to the DAT high setpoint
When the current OAT is somewhere between the
OAT setpoints for low and high, the unit controller
regulates to a DAT somewhere between the DAT
low and DAT high setpoint.
The DAT low and DAT high setpoints can be found
under Views > Details > Cooling > Setup
The OAT setpoint for low and high DATs can be
found under Views > Details > Cooling > Setup.
Zone Temperature Reset
If the DAT reset method is set for ZT, the unit
controller continuously monitors the current ZT.
Changes in the current ZT result in a reset of the
active DAT setpoint based on four other setpoints.
• DAT Low Setpoint: This is the minimum val-
ue the user wants for the DAT
• DAT High Setpoint: This is the maximum
value the user wants for the DAT

equal to/greater than this temperature, the
unit controller regulates to the DAT low set-
point

equal to/less than this temperature, the unit
controller regulates to the DAT high setpoint

Supply Fan Speed Reset
If the DAT reset method is set for supply fan speed,
the unit controller continuously monitors the current
supply fan speed. Changes in the current supply
fan speed result in a reset of the active DAT set-
point based on four other setpoints.
• DAT Low Setpoint: This is the minimum val-
ue the user wants for the DAT
• DAT High Setpoint: This is the maximum
value the user wants for the DAT
• Supply Fan Speed Setpoint for Low DAT:
When the supply fan speed is equal to/greater
than this fan speed, the unit controller regu-
lates to the DAT low setpoint
• Supply Fan Speed Setpoint for High DAT:
When the supply fan speed is equal to/less
than this fan speed, the unit controller regu-
lates to the DAT high setpoint
When the current supply fan speed is somewhere
between the supply fan speed setpoints for low and
high, the unit controller regulates to a DAT some-
where between the DAT low and DAT high setpoint.
The DAT low and DAT high setpoints can be found
under Details > Cooling > Setup.
The supply fan speed setpoint for low and high DATs
can be found under Details > Cooling > Setup.
External Control
If the DAT reset method is set for external control,
the unit controller continuously monitors this exter-
nal signal. This signal is a hard wired 0–10 VDC
input to the options board.
