3.1 Checklist of Operating Conditions

1 If the capacity of outdoor unit is compatible to that of indoor unit
2 If the pipes between indoor and outdoor unit are connected correctly.
Check if the size and location of air outlet /intake conform to installation

If the air intake pipe and blowing pipe are optimally design when installing

the indoor unit.
5 If the indoor unit is installed at a correct position.
Check the condensate drainage pipe and install gradient for compliance with

the requirements.
7 Check the water tray for any foreign particles, and clean it.
8 If the water test is performed to the condensate pipe after installation.
9 If the heat insulation copper pipe meets the specification requirements.
Know the installation and welding process of refrigerant pipe. Check if the
10 foreign particles from the welding are cleared, and if the diameter/thickness,
heat insulation and waterproof performance of the copper pipe are correct.
If the installation location of outdoor unit conforms to the anchor screw hole

and outdoor unit dimension size.
13 If the outdoor unit is provided with damping cushion
14 If the gas pipe and liquid pipe are vacuumed simultaneously
15 If the gas pipe and liquid pipe are vacuumed for a time enough long
16 If the system pressure rises 1 hour after pressure preservation.
17 If the system is added of refrigerant as required.
18 If the outdoor valve is opened.
19 If the power capacity conforms to the requirements.
20 If the terminal is securely connected.
21 If air switch and leakage switch are installed
22 If the length of power cable is appropriate
23 If the unit is securely earthed
