This connection unit was developed, manufactured and tested in line with the ap-
plicable safety standards. It corresponds to the state of the art.
Intended use
The CU411-RS4 connection unit makes it possible to exchange a safety sensor
from the RS4 series for a RSL 410 or RSL 420 safety sensor without changing the
wiring.
Observe intended use!
The protection of personnel and the device cannot be guaranteed if the
device is operated in a manner not complying with its intended use.

carried out by competent persons.

device. Knowledge of these documents is required in order to use
the equipment for its intended purpose.

the employer's liability insurance association.
Do not carry out modifications or otherwise interfere with the de-
vice. The device must not be tampered with and must not be
changed in any way.
The device must not be opened. There are no user-serviceable
parts inside.
