6.4 Communication Troubleshooting
After installing, some computers will not install the controller driver
automatically and showing an error message when you open the G-Mark
software program.
Please perform the following steps to solve problem.
Error message 1 – Please insert KeyPro! (#1)
Fix 1:
Please close the G-Mark software program and re-plug the KeyPro from
PC/Laptop, and then repoen the G-Mark software program.
Fix 2:
Step 1. Select the "Start" button and type "device manager".
Step 2. Select "Device Manager"
