Engine RPM
The GI 275 system can use the electrical signal generated by the primary magneto coils or "P-Lead" to
display RPM. When used, the left and right magneto P-Lead signals must both be connected to the
GEA 24/110. The connection can be made at the magneto or the ignition switch.
To replace the P-Lead wire, remove the old section of wire and replace the entire wire and parallel resistors
in accordance with the P-Lead installation instructions contained in Section 4 of the GI 275 installation
manuals (refer to Table 1-1).
