Backing up and restoring configuration files

XEROX DOCUPRINT 4850/4890 IPS GUIDE TO CONFIGURING AND MANAGING THE SYSTEM
The following configuration files can be backed up and restored
between IPS systems operating system software version 5.4 or
higher:
Input DFA profiles (for DFA systems only)
Output DFA profiles (for DFA systems only)
Input tray groups
Output tray groups
System configuration files
Media library files.
Note: Configuration files created with software versions lower than
5.4 cannot be saved or restored to a system running release 5.4 or
higher.
Note: DFA profiles can be backed up and restored between IPS
systems with the same configuration and with operating system
software version 5.1.8 or higher.
Profiles created with software versions lower than 5.1.8 cannot be
saved or restored to a system running release 5.1.8 or higher.
