PVA or equivalent glue will be required to stick sections together.
Sand paper can be used to gently clean any joints.
A sharp modelling knife will be required to remove sections from the sprue. Please use knives with due
care and remember to cut away from yourself at all times.
During the construction of this model, you may find it convenient to use pegs / elastic bands to hold
pieces in place while you allow glue to dry.
Start by removing the sections shown above from
the sprue.
Then glue the long side sections into place –
again using the lugs/holes provided. Note when
they're in the right positions you get a regular
pattern on the underside (as shown)
Apply glue to the underside of the central barrier
and using the lugs insert one end into place.
10mm Flyover – 30 degree curve
B10-RD-104
Please read these instructions fully before starting construction.
Glue the two cross supports to the underside of the
roadway. One at each end using the lugs/holes
provided.
Next attach the short side sections – again they should
make a regular pattern. (yes we have a lug missing on
the centre piece ☺ )
Gently flex the barrier, putting each lug into its
corresponding hole. The final two will be a snug fit.
Ensure you only push down on the pillars in the barrier
or you risk breaking the top rail.
To attach the support columns, simply slide the cross
support into the notches in the support column arms.
We suggest that you do not glue these into place as it
will make set-up and storage easier.
