28mm Dungeon System
B28-DS-xxx
Please read these instructions fully before starting construction.
PVA or equivalent glue will be required to stick sections together.
Sand paper can be used to gently clean any joints.
A sharp modelling knife will be required to remove sections from the sprue. Please use knives with due care and remember
to cut away from yourself at all times.
During the construction of this model, you may find it convenient to use pegs / elastic bands to hold pieces in place while
you allow glue to dry.
These are generic instructions as the components are very similar across the range, so for example, all doors go together
the same way regardless if they are single or double doors.
Walls / Corridors
Remove the inner wall section(s), which are the
walls with the lugs underneath them and the
"floor" from the sprue.
Note at least one of the lugs will extend through
the floor by 2mm. This is intentional.
Turn the piece over and attach the outer skin of
the wall, making sure the ends align with the inner
skin. Any sprue points should be on the bottom of
the wall.
Put a dab of glue on the BACK of the lugs and push
them through the corresponding holes in the floor,
so the etched details faces inwards (see pic)
Apply glue to the centre of the under-floor and
attach it to the underside of the floor by aligning
the lugs.
Apply firm (but gentle) pressure to get the lugs to
slot into place.
If you wish to glue any of the connectors
permanently into position then make sure you have
pull them as far to the right as they will go.
