– Les documents techniques ont été rédigés conformément à l'annexe VII B de la directive 2006/42/CE. Les conditions essentielles suivantes ont été

respectées : 1.1- 1.1.2- 1.1.3- 1.2.1-1.2.6- 1.5.1-1.5.2- 1.5.5- 1.5.6- 1.5.7- 1.5.8- 1.5.10- 1.5.11

– Le producteur s'engage à transmettre aux autorités nationales, sur la base d'une demande motivée, les données relatives à la « quasi-machine »,

dans le respect des droits de propriété intellectuelle.

– Si la « quasi-machine » a été mise en service dans un pays d'Europe dont la langue officielle diffère de celle utilisée dans la présente déclaration,

l'importateur doit y annexer la traduction correspondante.

– La « quasi-machine » ne pourra pas être mise en service tant que la machine finale dont elle fait partie n'aura pas été à son tour déclarée conforme,

le cas échéant, aux dispositions de la directive 2006/42/CE.

En outre, le produit s'avère conforme aux normes suivantes :

The undersigned, Roberto Griffa, in the role of Chief Executive Officer, declares under his sole responsibility, that the product specified above conforms

to the provisions of the following directives:

• DIRECTIVE 2014/30/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 26 February 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Mem-

ber States relating to electromagnetic compatibility (recast), according to the following standards: EN 61000-6-2:2005, EN 61000-6-3:2007+A1:2011

The product also complies with the following directives according to the requirements envisaged for "partly completed machinery":

• Directive 2006/42/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL of 17 May 2006 related to machinery, and which amends the directive

95/16/EC (recast).

– It is hereby declared that the relevant technical documentation has been compiled in accordance with Annex VII Part B of Directive 2006/42/EC and

that the following essential requirements have been applied and fulfilled: 1.1- 1.1.2- 1.1.3- 1.2.1-1.2.6- 1.5.1-1.5.2- 1.5.5- 1.5.6- 1.5.7- 1.5.8- 1.5.10-

– The manufacturer agrees to transmit to the national authorities any pertinent information on "partly completed machinery", in response to a motivated

request, without prejudice to its intellectual property rights.

– Should the "partly completed machinery" be commissioned in a European country with an official language different to the one used in this declara-

tion, a translation into that language accompanying this declaration must be provided by the importer.

– The "partly completed machinery" may not be commissioned until the final machinery into which it is to be incorporated has been declared to conform

to the provisions of Directive 2006/42/EC, where appropriate.
