8.2.3. Heating Operation

The operation of the heating mode is determined by the water temperature measured by the LWT sensor
•
The heating operation will start when:
[1] Control Temperature (CTRL_TMP)< Control Point (CTRL_PNT) – Water Heat Hysteresis [P410]
•
The heating operation will continue until:
[2] Control Temperature (CTRL_TMP)>Control Point (CTRL_PNT) + (Water Heat Hysteresis [P410]
OR
[3] Control Temperature (CTRL_TMP) > Control Point (CTRL_PNT) + (Water Heat
Hysteresis [P410]/2) AND current capacity is less than 10%

Heating control using room air temperature:
The heating operation is controlled by the system Room Air Temperature and the system Heat Home Setpoint
(htoccstp) [P421]. The Control Temperature is measured by the leaving water temperature sensor [P004].
To prevent the system short cycling in heating, mode using air temperature control, the Air Delta Setpoint (deltastp)
[P428] parameter must be set.
The Heat Home Setpoint (htoccstp) [P421] has to be set for each of the occupancy modes. This is achieved by
applying an offset to the Heat Home Setpoint (htoccstp) set for the "HOME" mode. The offsets are applied by setting
parameters [P422 – Heat Sleep Offset] and [P423 – Heat Away Offset].
Room Air Temperature = measured by thermistor in the remote controller
