Accumulator Replacement
Tools:
Screwdriver
Burner
Steps:
1. Perform the work (12.2)
2. Reclaim refrigerant gas
3. Unbraze compressor inlet / outlet
4. Unscrew the accumulator from base pan
Ensure flames of burner do not damage the close component
12.12.
Paddle Flow Switch Replacement
Tools:
Screwdriver
Steps:
1. Perform the works (12.1) and (12.2)
2. Empty the water of hydraulic circuit with the drain valve
3. Disconnect the flow switch on terminal block X2.8
4. Unscrew the flow switch
- After component replacement, open the water supply source and water piping valve to
pass water through the hydronic kit and check that the connection has no water leak
- The water relief valve hydraulic connection uses O ring for water seal. Be careful not to
scratch the O ring, otherwise water leakage may occur
- Be careful to replace the paddle flow switch in the right position, i.e. the arrow on the
flow switch directed in the water flow direction
