12.9.
Compressor Replacement
Tools:
Screwdriver
Socket wrench of 13mm
Steps:
1. Perform the works (12.1) and (12.2)
2. Reclaim refrigerant gas
3. Disconnect power of compressor and thermal cut off (directly on compressor)
4. De-braze compressor inlet / outlet
5. Unscrew three screws with socket wrench of 13mm
6. Change compressor
Before to replace the compressor, check that rubber cushion is present.
After connecting the refrigerant pipe, check that the connection has no refrigerant leakage
Ensure flames of burner do not damage the close component
When reconnecting the lead wires to the compressor terminals after replacement of
compressor, be sure there is no loosening problem

Reactor Replacement
Tools:
Screwdriver
Steps:
1. Perform the works (12.1), (12.2) and (12.3)
2. Perform the work (12.9)
3. To change reactor 44 (x2)
- Disconnect 2 wires corresponding reactor
- Unscrew two screws, which maintain the reactor
4. To change reactor 56 / 78
- Unclip 2 wires corresponding reactor
- Unscrew two screws, which maintain the reactor
