Service Manual
The operation of the Monobloc outdoor unit
are controlled according to user-defined
operating / condition setting.
The operation controls include those shown on
the left.
a) An operation condition is selected with the
remote controller.
b) Setting the remote controller button to "ON"
transmits a signal to the NHC PCB.
c) The NHC PCB controls the operations
shown on the left while also controlling the
water 3-way valve, circulation pump, hot water
cylinder
heater, and backup heater.
d) The NHC PCB transmits an operation
instruction to MCC-1599 (interface PCB), and
uses serial signals to transmit and receive the
control status.
e) MCC-1599 performs the operation control
shown on the left while also controlling the
compressor, outdoor fan motor, pulse motor
valve, and 4-way valve.
