HP Switch Replacement

Tools: Screwdriver
Wrench of 14mm
Steps: 1. Perform the work (12.1)
2. Reclaim refrigerant gas
3. Unscrew the HP switch with wrench of 14mm
4. Replace by HP switch valve
12.20.

Expansion Tank Replacement

Tools: Screwdriver
Wrench of 19mm
Steps:
1. Perform the work (12.1)
2. Empty the water of hydraulic circuit with the drain valve
3. Unscrew the nut located on the top of expansion tank to remove the flexible hose
4. Unscrew the bracket (two screws) and remove it in lifting it up
5. Remove the expansion tank
- After component replacement, open the water supply source and water piping valve to
pass water through the hydronic kit and check that the connection has no water leak

Water Relief Valve Replacement

Tools:
Screwdriver
Steps: 1. Perform the works (12.1) and (12.2)
2. Empty the water of hydraulic circuit with the drain valve
3. Remove the flexible pipe
4. Remove the relief valve
- After component replacement, open the water supply source and water piping valve to
pass water through the hydronic kit and check that the connection has no water leak
- The water relief valve hydraulic connection uses O ring for water seal. Be careful not to
scratch the O ring, otherwise water leakage may occur
