Use grease for valve sleeves (as specified in
the lubricant table) to fill the chamber (1)
via the guide ring (2).

Check the compression spring for damage
and replace it with a new one if necessary.
Place the compression spring back in the
inlet body.

Take the diaphragm unit. Use the sleeve (3)
as a reference. The figure on the left shows
the sealing edge (1) facing upwards. This
sealing edge features a longer chamfer (2)
than the sleeve's lower edge (4).

Unscrew the diaphragm unit screws (1) in a
criss-cross sequence.

Remove the mounting plate (1) and the
diaphragm (2).

Replace the O-ring in the mounting plate
with a new, greased O-ring.
