l Off: The port is not connected or has been shut
down.
l Steady on: A link is established on the port.
l Off: The port is not sending or receiving data.
l Blinking: The port is sending or receiving data.

Each 40GE port has a single-color indicator, which shows the status
of the 40GE port by default.
If a 40GE port is not split and is connected to four 10GE ports on a
remote device using a one-to-four high-speed cable, the 40GE port
cannot go Up and its indicator is off.
Off: 40GE ports are not split into four 10GE ports.
