Drawer Slide Replacement for Radius Profile Box/Box/File Pedestals

Description

These instructions provide the basic information replacing
drawer slides on radius profile box/box/file pedestals.

Installation

1. Open drawer and depress latch on drawer slides to
disconnect existing drawer and case members. Remove
screws to detach slide components from drawer and
cabinet.
2. Using new replacement slides, determine right hand from
left hand case member by locating the stamped "L" or "R"
on the slide. Place square on the front edge of cabinet and
scribe a horizontal line on inside surface of each cabinet
end panel in location shown in Figure A.
Note: Box drawers on 30"D pedestals (prior to 2/05/98) will
require 20" file drawer slides located
edge of end panels.
3. Position case member back from front edge of end panel
as shown in Figure A and attach with
(minimum of 4 per 14" or 20" box slide, 4 per 14" or 20"
file slide, or 5 per 26" file slide.)
