CHIME button: push to toggle on/off the chime
(sent before an announcement).

CHIME LED (green): when lit, the chime
(sent before an announcement) is enabled.

PTT ('Push To Talk') button: push and hold down to turn
the microphone on and page the zones previously selected.

PTT LED (green): when lit, the microphone is turned on

GEN CALL (system general call) button: push to select
all system zones (push again to cancel).

GEN CALL LED LED (green): when lit, it indicates the
system general call selection (by pushing the GEN CALL
button ).

ALERT / SILENCE button
ALERT function (first paging microphone only): push
to select (push again to cancel) the alert status.
The respective message will be sent to the selected zones as
soon as the emergency button

button to send the alert message to the first zone only.

Push in sequence GEN CALL
send the alert message to all system zones. When the alert message playback
is in progress, the ALERT / SILENCE button (if pushed once) allows to mute it
(but without stopping it), then push it again to unmute.
