7. Affix the cellular antennas to the two connectors protruding from the device.
To remove the CORE modem:
1. Remove the anchor screw.
2. Pinch the two vertical sides of the white clip.
3. Slide the CORE modem out of the IX20 device.

Tips for improving cellular signal strength

If the signal strength LEDs or the signal quality for your device indicate Poor or No service, try the
following things to improve signal strength:
Move the device to another location.

Try connecting a different set of antennas, if available.

Connect data cables

The IX20 provides two types of data ports:
Ethernet (RJ-45): Use a Cat 5e or Cat 6 Ethernet cable.
