Pen and notepad to record controller serial numbers and SIM numbers
Central Internet Management Service (CIM)
The upgrade requires an active CIM subscription service. The existing subscription will be
transferred to the upgraded controller with the same end-of-service date. If you do not have an
active subscription, contact HydroPoint Customer Support at 800.362.8774.
