About Service and Repair

Select Settings and then Service to display the parameters and values for the system. The screen
shows the time since the last service. Each Pressure Transducer (PT) and Thermocouple (TC) is
identified by its serial number for calibration traciblity. The serial number and firmware version are
located on the Settings screen and on the Service screen. In any service calls, include the model,
serial number, and firmware version.
The Service screen reports the current values for the parameters that control maintenance alarms.

Each push and return is 2 strokes, which
is 1 cycle. This value cannot be reset.
When you replace a seal, tap Reset
Count to restart the count at zero.
Tap PAUSE button to pause the pump
but keep the valve open. A meter senses
if any gas is in the valve, indicating a
leak.

Valves open when the system is
powered on and close when it is
powered off. One cycle is a valve
opening and closing
