    Network Analyzers will be referred to throughout this document as the PNA, PNA-L and PNA-X. Analyzer refers to all series of PNA. PNA-L and PNA-X. The U3042AM04 will be referred to as the Test Set. The N5221, N5231, and N5241 can be used, but will limit the frequency range to 13.5 GHz.

    Allow all residual alcohol moisture to evaporate, and fumes to dissipate prior to energizing the instrument.
