SECTION 5 - DISPLAY MESSAGES
While the vanes are closing during any soft shutdown,
if a local stop is initiated with the compressor switch
or any faults other than those listed above occur, the
soft shutdown is terminated. The control center will
then perform a System Coastdown, and the hot gas will
open on soft shutdown (if equipped).
Remote Lockout
The unit is prevented from starting because it is not
in the correct mode to allow remote starts. Clear all
faults and enable remote starts by pressing the local
start button.
Secondary / Prelube
The primary compressor is running and the Econo-
mizer Compressor has received a start command the
pre-start lubrication begins.
Load Limit
The primary compressor is running against the motor
current limit.
Secondary Control Stop / Vanes Closing
Displayed while the economizer compressor pre-ro-
tation vanes are closing during a soft shutdown. Soft
shutdowns are initiated by the following:
1. Economizer – Low temperature
2. Remote Stop
3. Operator Initiated at Keypad to disable the Econo-
mizer Compressor
During soft shutdowns, the vanes are driven fully
closed prior to shutting down the compressor. When
the vane motor switch closes, indicating the vanes have
fully closed (or user programmable timer have elapsed,
whichever occurs first), the RUN signal is removed
from the compressor motor starter and a Economizer
Compressor Coastdown is performed.
While the vanes are closing during any soft shutdown,
if a local stop is initiated with the compressor switch or
any faults other than those listed above occur, the soft
shutdown is terminated. The control center will then
perform a SYSTEM COASTDOWN.

WARNING MESSAGES
WARNING - Replace PLC Battery
The PLC measures the battery voltage and activated
this message when there is approximately 2 weeks of
battery life remaining.
Always replace the PLC memory bat-
tery with the power ON or the control
application will be lost!
WARNING - Hardwire Relay R1 Not Reset
This Message indicates that the R1 hardwired safety
relay is not engaged, check the E-Stop and HP cutout.
WARNING - Remote Start Denied, Check Mode
This Message indicates that a start has been attempted
remotely without the system being enabled for remote
starts.
WARNING - Primary Vane Motor Switch Not
Closed
Check the PRV actuator to insure the linkage is prop-
erly adjusted and check if the actuator is operating.
Perform a recalibration procedure to the PRV potenti-
ometer from the compressor screen.
WARNING - Secondary Vane Motor Switch
Not Closed
Check the PRV actuator to insure the linkage is prop-
erly adjusted and check if the actuator is operating.
Perform a recalibration procedure to the PRV potenti-
ometer from the compressor screen.
WARNING - Primary Motor Lubrication
Required
The Operating Hours Since Last Motor Lubrication
has exceeded 1200 hours. This is displayed until manu-
ally cleared by the Operator. The Operator clears this
message by entering user ID in Operator Access Level
(or higher) using the Motor Lube Ack. key on the Pri-
mary Motor Screen. The date and time of this entry is
automatically logged as the "Date of Last Motor Lubri-
cation" and "Time of Last Motor Lubrication". It also
resets the "Operating Hours Since Last Lubrication"
to zero. The date this warning occurs is stored as the
"Date of Last Motor Lubrication Warning or Fault".
