Always keep one hand on the electric power
tool so that you can immediately switch off
the electric power tool in an emergency.
10. Switch on the device.
If using the guard hood:
 Place the renovation sander on the work
surface.
The brush ring must be flush with the work
surface.
 Increase the pressure to bring the sanding
tool into contact with the work surface.
In doing so, slew the renovation sander
with overlapping movements.
 Sanding in corners:
– Switch off the power tool and wait until
the sanding tool has come to a standstill.
– Loosen clamping screw (1.).
– Swivel pivoted edge segment to the
right (2.).
– Tighten clamping screw (3.)
– Switch on power tool again.
If using the guide table:
 Place guide table fully on the area to be
machined.
 Slew the renovation sander with overlapping
movements.
 One side of the guide table is flattened for
sanding in corners.

On completion of work:
 After work, switch off the electric power tool
and pull out the mains plug.
 Switch off extraction system.
 Clean electric power tool.
