similar. Similarly, if you are using another email
program to access your email such as Outlook
Express or Apple Mail, these programs also need
to be configured with the correct settings. Please

What email attachments can I download?
You can download and view Microsoft Word,
Excel and PowerPoint documents plus Adobe
pdf files. You can also edit downloaded Word and
Excel documents. You can download and view
some movie and sound files (including .mp3 and
.wma files) using the Windows Media Player for
Mobile which is already installed on your phone.
I sent an email to a friend yesterday.
To them it shows that I sent it
months ago. Why is that?
It is likely the date & time are not set correctly in
your phone. You can change date & time by going
to Settings then Clock & alarm then Date & time.
How much does it cost to send emails?
Email requries a data connection (GPRS on the
mobile network or wireless broadband). A mobile
data bundle is included in each Broadband
Anywhere package and an upgrade to an unlimited
data bundle is available.
Thereafter, if you exceed the bundle limit on the
mobile network you will be charged per MB. Data
usage over mobile networks outside the UK will always
be charged per MB and may be very expensive to use.

Some emails I sent using my BT ToGo do not
appear in Sent Mail when viewed using my
PC – why is this?
You will need to synchronise your email
fully from your PC. If there are settings to
'synchronise on server' or 'retain sent items on
server' you should ensure they are selected.
