To set up a voicemail PIN code
• Dial 1571
• Press 1 for the Main Menu
• Press 4 for Mailbox Settings
• Press 2 for Security Options and
follow the voice prompts
How do I know if I have a voicemail message?
You will receive a text message to notify
you of any voicemail messages.
To listen to your messages
• Dial your mailbox number which is included in
your text notification in the international format
(prefixed with +44 without the leading 0)
• Key 9 when hearing the greeting
• Enter your voicemail PIN, then
follow the voice prompts
Calling Customer Services from abroad
You need to dial +44 1324 456 789*
from a landline or from your BT ToGo.
* International roaming charges apply from your BT ToGo. Charges are set by local operaters from a landline.

Using Wi-Fi abroad
Where available, you can connect to
Wi-Fi hotspots including FON, and use them to
browse the web and make BT Broadband Talk calls.
To locate FON hotspots outside the UK visit
www.fon.com/en/
(best viewed
on a PC or laptop).
The same BT Broadband Talk charges apply whether
you are in the UK or not. So take advantage of your
inclusive UK Evening and Weekend calls when you

go abroad. Please note that the times for Evenings
and Weekends are set to the UK clock and not the
local time overseas. Local Wi-Fi charges may apply.
See page 11 so you are sure how to check
a call is definitely being carried over Wi-Fi
rather than the overseas mobile network.
Whether browsing, emailing or using BT Broadband
Talk, you will always have to login to overseas
FON hotspots using your BT Yahoo! Mail username
and password.
Please remember that your inclusive mobile
minutes and texts are only within the UK.
