6. Select Finish.
7. Your phone will attempt to connect to your email
provider. This may take a couple of minutes.
Once connected, your inbox will be displayed.
8. When your Inbox is displayed, press Menu to
display email options. Select Send/Receive
to check for new email at any time.
How to access Windows Live™
Hotmail and Messenger
®
1. From the Home Screen, select
the Web Browser
2. Select Menu, then Favourites.
3. Scroll down and select Windows Live Hotmail.
4. If you are logging into Windows Live Hotmail
and Messenger for the first time from your
Broadband Anywhere phone, you will need
to enter your username and password.
5. From the mobile.live.com page
select Hotmail or Messenger.

Need help?
If email auto setup is unsuccessful, you will need to
obtain and manually enter incoming and outgoing
mail settings from your email provider. Repeat the
steps on page 12 but uncheck the box saying 'try to
get email settings automatically'.

Otherwise, you may be able to access your email
account using the Web Browser on your phone
if a webmail version is provided. Simply enter the
relevant web address, although the look and feel
may not be exactly as appears on a PC. Please
contact your email provider for further details.
To fully synchronise a POP3 email account between
your BT ToGo and your PC, you may need to select
the option to 'synchronise and retain sent items on
the server' using your PC. This will vary by email
provider - please contact them for further help.
