Lime and Mint Crush
Serves: 2, 4 standard drinks
:
Ingredients:
2 limes, peeled and cut into 8 pieces
16 - 20 mint leaves
¼ cup (60 ml) sugar syrup
60 ml white rum or vodka
8 medium ice cubes
1 cup (250 ml) soda water
Method:
1. Use PULSE in short bursts until all ingredients are
roughly chopped.
Sugar Syrup
approx. 380 ml

Ingredients:
1 cup (220 g) white sugar
1 cup (250 ml) water
Method:
1. Place sugar and water into a heavy base saucepan.
Cook, stirring over at very low heat until sugar has
dissolved.
2. Bring to the boil. Then reduce heat and simmer
mixture for 5 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and allow cooling completely.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Classic Margarita
Serves: 2, 4 standard drinks
:
Ingredients:
3 limes, halved
60 ml tequila
60 ml Cointreau
¼ cup (60 ml) sugar syrup
12 ice cubes
Method:
1. Squeeze the limes directly into the Design Mixers
jug, using the citrus cone on the lid.
2. Add remaining ingredients and secure lid.
3. Process on LIQUIFY (Speed 4) until well combined
and ice is crushed. Use PULSE in short bursts if
needed.
4. Serve in salt rimmed glasses.
