Centrifugal clutch
Now dismantle:
The screw in the centre of the
crankshaft, the needle bearing, spacer
ring, clutch, the large support washer,
spacer sleeve and the washer closest
to the flywheel.

Dismantle the clutch.
Check the different parts of the clutch
for wear.
Remove the screw in the centre of the
crankshaft.
Lift off the needle bearing and the
spacer ring.
Use slip-joint pliers and unscrew the
clutch.
Remove the large washer, spacer
sleeve and the washer closest to the
flywheel.
Dismantle the clutch.
Hold the clutch in a vice and press off
one of the centrifugal weights by using
your thumbs.
NOTE!
Wear protective gloves to avoid
injuries to the hands.
Check the different parts of the clutch
for wear.
There must be at least 2 mm of mate-
rial remaining on the most worn part of
the clutch shoes. If wear is greater,
both shoes or possibly also the entire
clutch must be replaced.
