Centrifugal clutch
Dismantle the carburettor's distance
piece.
Pull out the engine body from the clutch
cover.
Dismantle the clutch drum.
Use two big screwdrivers or an
appropriate puller.
NOTE!
It may be difficult to pull off the
clutch drum.

Check the clutch drum for damage and
wear.
Lift off the insulation positioned above
the carburettor's distance piece.
Split the connector (A).
Remove the screws (B).
Lift off the distance piece (C) and the
insulation (D).
Pull out the engine body from the clutch
cover.
Dismantle the clutch drum.
Remove the muffler and hold the
cylinder in a vice.
Use a puller or two big screwdrivers
and pry off the clutch drum.
NOTE!
Check that the screwdrivers/puller
only rest against the clutch drum
and not against the clutch shoes or
the large washer under the clutch.
Check the clutch drum for damage and
wear.
The inside diameter of the clutch drum
must not exceed Ø 64.2 mm.
Replace with a new clutch drum if this
is the case.
