Electrical system
Now dismantle:
The screw in the centre of the
crankshaft, the needle bearing, spacer
ring, clutch, the large support washer,
spacer sleeve and the washer closest
to the flywheel.

Dismantle the flywheel with the help of
a plastic mallet.
Assembly
Assemble all parts in the reverse order
as set out for dismantling.
Remove the screw in the centre of the
crankshaft.
Lift off the needle bearing and the
spacer ring.
Use slip-joint pliers and unscrew the
clutch.
Remove the large washer, spacer
sleeve and the washer closest to the
flywheel.
Remove the flywheel.
Lift the engine body by gripping the
flywheel.
Use a plastic mallet against the edge of
the flywheel.
Assembly
Assemble all parts in the reverse order
as set out for dismantling.
Pay attention to the following:
1. Make sure that the washers and
spacers are positioned correctly
(see the exploded view).
2. Heat the clutch drum using a hot air
gun to aid assembly.
3. Check that the seal (A) in the
groove on the distance piece is
undamaged and seated correctly.
4. Do not forget to position the
carburettor screws (B) in the
distance piece before assembling
the cylinder.
