Set Up the Channel Parameters
After you tap Load on the Load hemocytometer into the system screen and see the
Select parameters to focus and image screen, set the desired channel parameters:

Set Up the Image Parameters
After you tap Image on the Select parameters to focus and image screen, you see
the Hemocytometer images acquired screen with the left and right sides of the
hemocytometer on display for the selected Yellow channel. For example:

Enter the number of channels to be included in
the imaging process. (The default value is 1.)
Enter the specific channel (identified by its
name, Yellow, Green, or Far Red), to be
included in the imaging process.
NOTE The first channel will also be used as the
reference for focusing.
(Optional) Adjust the exposure time for each
channel that will be included in the imaging
For each channel, tap the plus (+)
process.
sign to increase the time and the minus (–)
sign to decrease it.
