DLm8500 Physical Data Requirements

DLm power requirements

Note

assistance to determine which port to open.
A single-rack DLm8500 weighs 1329 lb (603 kg).
DLm8500 multi-rack solution has a maximum configuration of one VTEC cabinet and
two DD6800, DD9300, or DD9800 cabinets.
When fully configured, the weight of each cabinet is:
VTEC cabinet— 1,060 lb (480.81kg)

Data Domain cabinet— 1,366 lb (619.61 kg)
l
DD storage cabinet — 1225lb (556.82 kg)

Note
All weight values are calculated for a fully loaded configuration. Contact your EMC
Sales Representative for specific supported configurations.
Despite the differences in weight, the physical dimensions of all the cabinets are the
same.
The following table lists the physical specifications for DLm cabinets.
