Unsnap the pad from back (4 locations).

Pull lower seat pad forward to expose the plastic shell.

Thread vehicle lap seat belt through the rear-facing belt path (marked with a blue label) and buckle
it.
The seat belt should lay as flat as possible
CAUTION
and not be twisted. Make sure buckle and
seat belt are in line with each other.
