Operation
1. First make sure the hot air gun is switched off and then connect the power
plug to a socket.
2. Press the ON/OFF stage switch (4) to stage 1 or to 2 to switch on the hot air
gun. At stage 1 temperatures of up to 300°C are reached. At stage 2 tempera-
tures of up to 500°C are reached.
Within a few seconds the hot air gun reaches its operating temperature.
3. Heat up the object to be treated. If required, switch to a higher or lower
temperature and direct the nozzle closer to the object.
4. Always switch off the hot air gun after work. Please note that the nozzle is still
very hot. Do not place the hot air gun close to flammable materials.
Please note: Due to the effect of heat on the chrome nozzle, the chrome
nozzle (2) may change colour over time during use. This is a normal behav-
iour. It is not a fault in the material.

Cleaning and Storing

 Before cleaning the unit, always disconnect the plug from the power supply
and allow the hot air gun to fully cool down.
 Clean the unit with a dry or soft moistened cloth. Never use aggressive
chemicals.
 Keep the air inlet (1) and the nozzle (2) clean at all time.
 Do not allow liquids to enter the unit and do not immerse the hot air gun into
liquids of any kind.
 Store the unit indoors in a dry place that is protected from dust, dirt and
extreme temperatures.
 Store the unit out of reach of children.
