Suction Filling

1. Screw the container tube (B) counter clockwise from the head (E) of the
grease gun.
2. Submerge the open end of the container tube (B) into the grease bucket.
3. Hold the container tube firmly and slowly draw back the plunger handle (C).
Make sure the open end of the container tube is always submerged completely
into grease in order to prevent air from being sucked into the container tube.
4. Stop filling as soon as the plunger handle is pulled out completely.
5. Reassemble the container tube to the head of the gun.
6. Press the catch plate (G) and release the plunger rod.
7. Keep pressing the catch plate (G) and push down the plunger handle (C) as
far as possible.
Operating
1. Connect the inelastic bend spout (A) or the armoured hose (H) to the head (E)
of the grease gun. Pay attention to a clean and firm connection so that no
grease can escape at the screw joint.
2. Operate the pump lever (D). Always fully extend the lever and pump regularly.
3. The grease will instantly and automatically escape through the hydraulic
nozzle (I) and lubricate the point of lubrication.
4. In case no grease escapes when the pump lever is operated, this can be
cause by air bubbles inside the grease gun. Unscrew the container tube (B)
with a ½ turn slightly from the head of the grease gun and do some pumping in
order to remove the air bubbles. Repeat this step several times if necessary.
