3. Heat the object to be treated. If necessary, move the nozzle closer
to the object.
4. Always switch off the heat gun after finishing work. Note that the
nozzle is still very hot. Do not place the heat gun close to flammable
materials.

Hanging Hook

With the provided hanging hook (3) you can
fasten the heat gun on a suitable place.
1. First lift up the spring-loaded hanging
hook (3) and then take it out of the hole.
2. Fasten the hanging hook on a suitable
place, so you will have the heat gun
ready to hand.

Battery Disposal

1. Run motor until the battery is completely dis-
charged.
2. Remove the battery from the tool.
3. Wrap heavy insulating tape around the battery terminals or enclose in
a sealable plastic bag to prevent possible shorting.
4. Dispose of the battery through your local waste removal authority.

Maintenance, Cleaning and Storing

 Remove the battery before undertaking any cleaning or maintenance
work.
 Use only a moist cloth to clean the device. Do not use aggressive
chemicals which may dissolve plastic parts, or abrasives. Always
keep the ventilation slots clean and free from obstructions.
 The device is maintenance-free.
 Do not allow liquids to enter the unit and do not immerse the heat gun
into liquids of any kind.
 WARNING: Always disconnect from the mains power supply, before
carrying out any maintenance/ cleaning of the charger.
