Setting the hysteresis:
6. Apply the upper switching pressure po to
the PEV-... (lower switching pressure pu
plus desired hysteresis Hy [see diagram in
Fig. 10]).
The display remains unchanged.
7. Turn the adjusting bolt 5 (A/F11) in an
anti-clockwise direction until the PEV-...
switches (upper switching pressure re-
ached). The lower switching point remains
almost unchanged.
The continuity tester shows a reduced
voltage flow.
Modifying the switching point:
8. If the switching point must be modified, repeat the following steps until the
desired upper and lower switching points are set:
– first apply the lower switching pressure and turn adjusting screw 7 then
– apply the upper switching pressure and turn adjusting bolt 5.
In this way, you can specify the switching point and the hysteresis in steps.
9. Replace the protective cap 6.
