Symptom
The warning symbol on the user inter-
face flashes continuously.
The warning symbol on the user inter-
face flashes after start. The product
then stops.

LED comes on but the product does
not start.

24 - Troubleshooting
Possible causes
The temperature is too high.
The temperature of the control unit or
the battery is too low.

The signal between the battery and
the product is defective.

Recommended step
Wait for the product to become cool
(max. 5 min.).
Make sure that the product and the
battery are not colder than -10° C.
Disassemble the front handle and re-
move the dirt.

connector and then assemble it.
Replace the user interface.
Replace the main switch.
Make sure that the power connectors
between the battery and the product
are not dirty or damaged.
Make sure that the small cables be-
tween the connectors and the control
unit are not loose or damaged.
Do a check of the user interface func-
tion in the common service tool
(CST). Make sure that the user inter-
face connector is correctly assem-
bled, dry, not damaged and that there
is no corrosion.
Replace the user interface.
