11.1 Working hours and travel costs.
We shall not assume any warranty for operat-
-
ing costs and noise emission at the installation
site, as these depend on the configuration of
the system, the building, the weather, the
user behaviour and the control settings.
It shall be at our choice whether we fulfil the
-
warranty claims by exchanging or rectifying
the products, by reducing the price or by re-
scinding the contract.
Our liability for any damage incurred by our

Customers
within the course of the handling of the trans-
action shall be limited as a maximum of the
value of the order which gave rise
to the damage, and shall always only apply in
the event of our own gross negligence or of
gross negligence on the part of our vicarious
agents,
with the exception of damage to per-sons, for
which we shall also be liable in the event of
slight negligence. Reimbursement of conse-
quential damage, pure pecuniary losses and
damage caused by third-party claims shall be
excluded.
The Customer must comply strictly with the in-

structions included in operating instructions,
manuals and other product information docu-
ments,
in order to prevent potential damage. The
Customer is expressly warned against
any application going beyond the defined ar-
eas of application.
