Lubricate the gimbal bearing by applying approximately 8‑10 pumps of grease from a typical hand‑operated grease gun.

Engine Coupler
IMPORTANT: These engines are equipped with a sealed engine coupler. The sealed coupler and the shaft splines can be
lubricated without removing the sterndrive.

Lubricate the engine coupler splines through the grease fitting on the coupler by applying approximately 8‑10 pumps of
Engine Coupler Spline Grease from a typical hand‑operated grease gun.
NOTE: If the boat is operated at idle for prolonged periods of time, the coupler should be lubricated on Bravo models every
50 hours.
