Fault Locating Rules
Obtain customer authorization before performing any operation.
Before performing any operation, ensure that service data will not
be lost or has been backed up.
Check the overall environment before checking specific
components. For example, check the running environment and
network of the device first.
Perform simple operations first. For example, remove and insert a
drive before removing the drive backplane.
