Fault Information Collection-Classification
If a fault occurs on a server, collect the following information for fault
diagnosis:
Basic fault information, including basic customer information, device
configuration, and fault symptoms
Server hardware logs (collected by using the iBMC or MM) used to
identify server system faults
Service layer logs (including OS and software-related logs) used to
analyze software problems
Remarks: For security-sensitive countries and countries with
security redline requirements, pay attention to the log
sending scope.
