3.4 Set the extension of the CP system
Extending the valve terminal
If no CP extension is connected, switch
element 1 must be set to OFF.
If modifications have been made to the CP
extension:
1. Switch off all sources of energy (voltage,
compressed air).
2. Connect or remove CPI/CP modules
3. Set DIL1 to ON.
4. Switch on the operating voltage
(electronics) again. The CP...−SC will now
search for connected CPI/CP modules.
If modifications to the CP configuration are
recognized, the LED SF will flash.
5. Set DIL1 at first to OFF again. Then set to
ON again and leave it on.
The CP system is now configured and ready to
run (LED SF is out).
If modifications have been made to the CP extension:
6. Start the recognition procedure again (steps 1 ... 5).
