Station Apparatus
This chapter provides instructions on how to connect telephones to the Strata CTX systems and how to
configure and upgrade them for optional features.
The Strata CTX systems can support Toshiba corded and cordless digital telephones, as well as most
standard telephones provided by other suppliers. The digital telephone information in this chapter
applies to the 3000/3500*-series and 2000/2500*-series telephones that connect to the PDKU, ADKU
or BDKU/BDKS interface.
Strata CTX does not support Toshiba electronic telephones (EKT) or other devices supported by the
PEKU and PESU interface PCBs. For information on earlier models, refer to the appropriate Strata
DK manual. Procedures for installing direct station selection consoles and add-on modules also appear
in this chapter.
