11 Maintenance
Pump solvent out of the machine
Pressure side of the pump:
Start program P45 (empty tank I)
Start program P46 (empty tank II)
Start program P47 (empty tank III)
If the tank does not empty out, you must start the required program again.

11.5 Maintenance Work Instructions

Note that after cleaning the solvent tanks:
You must check covers, sight-glasses or doors that you opened for
leaks when you fill the tanks again.

11.5.1 Lint Filter

The lint filter is an insertion filter.
You must perform the maintenance of the insertion daily before the start of the 1st cycle.
Sequence of the maintenance work:
- Loosen the quick release fasteners, turn the locks to the side.
- Pull insertion filter out as far as the stop.
- Suction off the insertion filter or, alternatively, clean with brush; remove lint from cover gasket.
- Replace the insertion filter.
- Close the quick release fasteners.
Replace the filter mat once a week during the maintenance
(after you have suctioned off the insertion filter).
- Lift insertion filter off of the arresting device, completely remove and put it aside
- Lift the clamping rail and pull it out, remove inside filter
- Remove the used filter mat
- Insert clean filter mat, put inside filter and clamping rail back together
- Clean the back and bottom of the insertion filter guide in the airshaft.
- Hang the insertion filter into the guide rail and suspension device
- Replace the insertion filter.
- Close the quick release fasteners.
You can clean the used filter mat in the machine. Once you have cleaned it, it is ready for use the next
time you replace the mat.
Attention: Never work without the filter mat and never use
Remove cap
Connect hose to barrel
damaged filter mats.
