7.11 Cool-Down

The cool-down is the process of guiding the air that was cooled in the airshaft in such a way that it
avoids the pre-heater and the damper register.

7.12 Drying Controller (Volumendrystat)

The drying controller is in the solvent drain line from the airshaft to the water separator.
During the drying, the recovered solvent cools a sensor.
The drying process continues to run until the specified sensor temperature is reached.

7.13 Loading Door Venting

When the loading door is opened, the machine fan starts to run (in machines with Slimsorba,
only the Slimsorba fan). This fan prevents air that contains solvent from entering the area of the machine
operator during loading and unloading of the machine. The air drawn out of the cage is guided over the
air cooler before it leaves the machine. The cage is vented for 2 minutes, after which the horn sounds to
remind the operator to close the loading door shortly.
In machines with integrated Slimsorba, the air drawn off is directed over the Slimsorba carbon bed after
the air cooler.
