Difficult to reach parts should be
pre-cleaned manually with a brush
in a water bath. In addition, the
cannulation should be rinsed. The
instrument must then be rinsed
thoroughly, to avoid any residue
from drying.
Visual inspection
Finally, it must be checked whether
there is any visible soiling. If this is
the case, the previous steps must
be repeated.
Components maintenance
For the maintenance of the com-
ponents, movable parts, threads,
hinges and buttons should be treat-
ed with suitable maintenance oil.
